The Company

Hugh Armstrong Real Estate Company is changing its name to Hostetter-Schneider Realty Partners. Although it will remain part of the Hugh Armstrong-MB Hostetter group of companies, the new DBA name reflects the changes the Company made in 2005. Ryan Schneider, Broker and previously sole owner of Hugh Armstrong Real Estate Company, partnered with Clay Hostetter in February of 2005 to become co-owners of Hugh Armstrong Real Estate Company and Hugh Armstrong Management Company. Hugh Armstrong Real Estate Company, now Hostetter-Schneider Realty Partners has been in continual existence since 1952. MB Hostetter Real Estate Company's origins date back to the 1940s.

Ryan Schneider and Clay Hostetter's families have been a significant part of the Savannah real estate market for over three generations each.
